Neilan have been training for close to 6 years and he have been through literally thick and thin to be where he is today.

When he started out, he could not engage a personal trainer thus his training and dieting was not maximised thus leading him to waste precious time that he can never get back. He even sustained injuries in the beginning as he was not equipped with the relevant knowledge and experience.

Countless experience from trials and errors paired with grasping different methodologies eventually catalysed his growth exponentially. Today, he applies this knowledge and experience to help individuals embark on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals in the shortest possible time

Jordan

5 years of hypertrophy training experience and with a sports coaching background. Jordan wants to help his client achieve their goals and push them beyond their limits. Jordan have also competed in competitions before and thus having first hand experience in going through a prep.

Jordan aims to help his client achieve their desired goal and for them to attain a good physique. 

He aims to motivate his client with his personal motto:

“Today’s pain will be the strength for tomorrow!”

fazrul

Fazrul found passion in bodybuilding and physique at a very young age. Idolising old school physiques like The Terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, The 80's Hulk.

Growing up, Fazrul wasn't always fit. But what pushed and motivated him was his bullies back in school days. Which eventually lead him to fall in love with the sport.

Being fascinated by how the human body works, and how body movements and nutrition affects one's physique, is what got him into this field.

Fazrul aspires to inspire more individuals to keep fit and live a healthy lifestyle. He swears by the quote "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be Great" - Zig Ziglar

Aaron helps clients reach their fitness goals through a tailored plan that can include strength training, nutrition guidance and much more.

He specialises in working with beginners as well as advanced trainees to build up both muscle mass and overall strength so they are ready for an even bigger challenge.

David

David Seto started in the fitness industry since he was 19. He consistently strives the very best for his clients on their goals with his friendly “can-do attitude” demeanour.

With over 10 years of professional personal training experience, he specialises mainly in the areas of weight management, stretching, physique and metabolic conditioning.

David’s training will push physical and mental barriers. With him by your side, he will ensure that your training and lifestyle will be all worth it at the end of the day.

Gordan

Sports and fitness have always revolve around Gordon’s life. He is competitive by nature always going the extra mile and pushing boarders to bring out the best of himself. 

With the realistic planning and achievable milestone, Gordon customized fitness programs with a sustainable balance diet to improve and accelerate performance on and off the gym. Giving clients the confident both aesthetically and mentally. 

Gordon have also help athletes to come back from injuries with specific strength & conditioning exercises to continue competing in the sport they are most passioned about. 

He aims to motivate his clients with his personal motto:  Never short change yourself, love yourself and never settle for anything less.

Donovan

Donovan have been working out for almost a decade and knows the ropes of how to achieve your goals while not having to dread the process. 

Firm believer that consistency and sustainability is the key to wanting that dream body of yours.
